Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, as specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to suspend services for late or incomplete payments.

Limitation of Liability

Search Engine Roots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client under the service agreement.

Third-Party Tools & Content

We may use third-party tools or reference external content while providing services. We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or policies related to third-party platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
